Vishal is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. With over two decades of experience, he co-founded JV Ventures and has led entrepreneurial ventures across education, life sciences, healthcare, and managed habitats. JV Ventures has conceptualized and executed investment strategies deploying over USD 600 million across sectors.

Vishal has deep expertise in building integrated ecosystems. As an advisor to the Andhra Pradesh government, he helped draft India’s first Biotech Policy and played a key role in developing Hyderabad’s Genome Valley cluster under the PPP model, attracting major global pharmaceutical investments. He also worked with three other state governments to establish biotech parks.
