Vishal is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. With over two decades of experience, he co-founded JV Ventures and has led entrepreneurial ventures across education, lifesciences, healthcare, and managed habitats. JV Ventures has conceptualized and executed investment strategies deploying over $600 million across sectors.

Vishal has deep expertise in building integrated ecosystems. As an advisor to the Andhra Pradesh government, he helped draft India’s first Biotech Policy and played a key role in developing Hyderabad’s Genome Valley cluster under the PPP model, attracting major global pharmaceutical investments. He also worked with three other state governments to establish biotech parks.
