HYDERABAD: At a time when international groups are taking over leading school chains in India, for the first time an Indian PE firm has flown into foreign shores to buy a clutch of K12 (KG to class 12) institutes. Ecole house - an arm of Hyderabad-based J V Ventures - is set to seal deals with at least 12 to 15 schools across Asia and the UAE in the next three years. The firm is investing about USD 1 billion in these markets.
